About the Builder

Paul Sullivan

Founder & President

Paul grew up on job sites helping his father's electrical business before earning a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M and a Master Electrician's license of his own. He founded Sullivan Signature Homes in 2001 on one belief: there's only one way to do things, and that's the right way.

Today, that same standard is passed down to a small, family-run construction team — built to hand the business to the next generation without ever lowering the bar.
